Ronald Bracken

Ronald Bracken has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles over the years.

Starting in 1989, Bracken worked as a Senior Chemist at Schering Plough Healthcare Products, Footcare R&D.

In 1995, they joined CR Bard, Bard Medical Division, where they served as an R&D Engineer and eventually became the R&D Section Head. Ronald led multiple engineering teams and introduced several silicone Foley catheters, as well as temperature sensing catheters and Lubri-Sil hydrophilic coated catheters.

From 2000 to 2002, Bracken was a Program Manager at CR Bard, leading the development of next-generation infection control Foley catheters and establishing a pilot manufacturing facility for process development.

In 2002, they became a Senior Program Manager at CR Bard, overseeing the introduction of new products, including a 2-piece channel drain, antimicrobial urine collection systems, and the Ez-Lok safe sampling port.

Bracken was promoted to the role of R&D Director in 2005, where they led the Agento silver coated ET tube project and managed the infection control technology research center.

Ronald then served as the Global Head of R&D/VP, R&D at CR Bard from 2006 to 2011, responsible for launching over 30 new products and experiencing significant growth in R&D spending and personnel.

From 2011 to 2013, Bracken held the position of VP, Strategic Initiatives at CR Bard, leading the reinvention of the urology drainage business and managing research and development of new catheter materials.

In 2013, Bracken joined Paladin Biomedical Consultants, LLC as a Principal, providing consulting services in the biomedical field.

In 2014, they joined Nanofiber Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer, leading the development of medical devices. During their time there, they launched four medical device companies, including Atreon Orthopedics and Tarian Medical.

Bracken served as the President and COO of N8 Medical from 2014 to 2021, before joining RenovoDerm in 2019 as their Chief Executive Officer.

Finally, Bracken became the Chief Executive Officer of ParaGen Technologies in 2022, further expanding their role as a leader in the healthcare industry.

Ronald Bracken holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Polymer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi. The specific start and end years of their education are not provided.
