Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana’s educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Enterprises from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
