Scott Thibault

Scott Thibault is an experienced operations management professional currently serving as the Operations Management Project Director for Atria Senior Living since July 2010. In this role, Scott functions as an operations liaison, focusing on startup planning for senior living communities and hospitality, as well as overseeing project organization and communication during renovations to ensure satisfaction among residents, family members, and employees. Previously, Scott held the position of Quality Enhancement Director at Atria, where responsibilities included conducting evaluations in senior living and hospitality management and training on company policies and regulatory compliance. Prior to Atria, Scott was the General Manager at Spring Valley Country Club from March 1999 to July 2010, where Scott managed a private facility and successfully redeveloped business models, oversaw renovations, and implemented operational budgets for a diverse array of services and facilities.
