Jonathan Richards McIob

Jonathan Richards MCIOB is an experienced Operations Director in Project Management within the Public Sector and Life Sciences Business Unit at Mace, leading the development of the new headquarters for The European Centre For Medium Range Weather Forecasts. Since joining Mace in August 2011, Jonathan has held various roles, including Associate Director for significant projects such as the £180m PRS residential development at East Village, Stratford, and Finsbury Tower, alongside earlier positions managing projects at Chelsea Barracks and Angel Court. Prior experience includes roles at Bovis Lend Lease, where responsibilities spanned from Assistant Construction Manager for the Athletes Village at the 2012 Olympics to Trainee Construction Manager. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction Management and Surveying from the University of Reading, completed in 2009.
