Theresa Ton

Theresa Ton has extensive experience in senior living management, currently serving as the Quality Enhancement Director and previously as the Executive Director at Atria Senior Living since November 2010. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Benchmark Senior Living from June 2005 to June 2010, and Area Director at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. from January 2000 to January 2004. Theresa also held the position of General Manager at Summerfield Suites Corporation from November 1997 to January 2000 and at Marriott International from November 1987 to November 1997. Early in the career, Theresa was a Restaurant Manager at Howard Johnson from June 1982 to November 1987. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Theatre from Boston College, completing studies from 1978 to 1982, and attended Matignon High School during the same period.
