Patrik Lindholm

Patrik Lindholm has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Patrik started their career as a Summer Trainee at Metsähallitus in 1997. Patrik then worked as an Executive Manager at the Finnish Forest Management Association (Mhy) for a year in 1998. In 1999, they joined Metsä Group, where they held the position of Wood Purchasing & Logistics until 2004. From 2004 to 2009, they worked in the Public Sector, first as a Business Development Manager and then as a Director Administration and HR Manager. In 2009, they joined UPM as an HR Manager and Business Partner until 2014. Patrik then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at the City of Kokkola from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at Atria Plc as the Senior Vice President of HR, a position they have held since March 2016.
