Shawn Young

Shawn Young has extensive work experience, starting in 1991 as a Laboratory Technician at CryoLife, Inc. Shawn worked their way up through various levels of responsibility in laboratory operations. In 1999, they joined Ethicon Endo-Surgery as a Senior Sales Representative/Field Sales Trainer, where they achieved significant share growth and managed faculty and fellow relationships. Shawn later became a Sales Development Manager, responsible for training and developing sales associates worldwide, and eventually rose to the position of Division Manager, leading a successful sales team. In 2012, Young joined Johnson & Johnson as the Senior Manager WW Sales Learning and Development, where they oversaw the development of sales training programs. Shawn also took on the role of Senior Manager, Professional Education Strategy, and played a crucial role in curriculum design and the development of surgeon customer profiles. In 2017, Young joined AtriCure, Inc. as the Director, and later the Senior Director, of Global Training and Education.

Shawn Young attended Walton High School from 1985 to 1988. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business.
