Rhonda Saunders-Ricks

Rhonda Saunders-Ricks has extensive experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory practices, culminating in the role of Vice President of Medicare Compliance and HIPAA Privacy at ATRIO Health Plans, where retirement is scheduled for September 6, 2024. Prior to this position, Rhonda served as a Compliance Program Manager at the Oregon Insurance Division/Product Regulation and held the role of Policy Analyst for the State of Oregon. Additionally, Rhonda managed rates and forms in a managerial capacity and supervised the Contract Coordinating and Writing Section at Kaiser Permanente. Educational background includes involvement with the Health Care Compliance Association and the Association of Health Insurance Plans.
