Svetlana Atoyan is a seasoned professional in the fields of regulatory policy and finance, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Atrium Economics since January 2022. Prior experience includes a managerial role in regulatory and finance at Black Hills Energy from May 2020 to January 2022, and a tenure at Xcel Energy from April 2008 to May 2020, where significant contributions included deploying a Regulatory Information System and designing Utility Cost of Service system models. Svetlana's educational background encompasses a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Moscow State Academy of Technology, and an Associate's degree in Industrial Accounting from Sochi Federal Statistics Service Educational Center.
