Marios Demetriades

Marios Demetriades is a Director and co-founder of Cyprus based accounting firm Kanaris Demetriades & Associates and leads the Audit & Advisory departments. Mr. Demetriades is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAS and holds the Corporate Finance Diploma from ICAEW; both qualifications were obtained while employed at EY London. Throughout his 20 year career Mr. Demetriades has obtained expertise in the aviation, real estate, hospitality and advertising sectors. He was involved in setting up Cyprus Airways (now serves on the Board) and has served on the Board of a multi-billion dollar real estate group as well as in audit committees of CSE listed entities. Mr. Demetriades holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics, is a member of the LSE Cyprus Alumni Association Committee, the ICPAC Hospitality Committee and is an ambassador for ICAS in Cyprus.
