Dan Hagler M.D.

Dan Hagler MD has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Dan served as the VP and Chief Medical Officer at Atrium Health from November 2012 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of VP and CMO CMC-Union at Carolinas Healthcare System from January 2006 to July 2013. Dan'searlier experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President of Presbyterian Regional Healthcare Corporation at Novant Health from January 1999 to July 2005.

Dr. Dan Hagler obtained their MD degree in Medicine from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Brown University, earning a Sc.B. degree in Biology from 1974 to 1978. Additional certifications include being a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, obtained in 1992, and being a Certified Physician Executive, obtained through the American Association for Physician Leadership.
