Erin Schuster

Erin Schuster, MSW, LCSW, serves as the Pediatric Trauma Support Services Coordinator at Atrium Health since 2020, where responsibilities include educating trauma patients and their families about available support services and coordinating peer visitation, trauma support groups, and family programs. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Peck Ritchey, LLC from 2005 to 2014 as the Manager of Administration, overseeing human resource functions such as payroll, recruitment, employee training, and support staff management. Erin earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2018 and 2021.
