Keysha Thompson

Keysha Thompson has extensive experience in payroll operations, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Payroll at Atrium Health since March 2015. Previously, Keysha held the position of Director of Payroll Operations at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, where responsibilities included developing strategic vision, implementing governance best practices, managing department budgets, and driving payroll strategies during acquisitions. Prior to that, Keysha worked as Payroll Manager and Supervisor, providing leadership and process improvements for payroll teams processing payroll for over 16,000 employees. Keysha's career also includes roles as Payroll Manager at High Point University, Payroll Specialist at Paychex, and Staffing Account Manager at Premiere Staffing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from Strayer University.
