Marilyn Swindle

Marilyn Swindle, DNP, MBA, RN, CPHQ, FACHE, is an experienced healthcare leader specializing in quality management and patient safety. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality Management at Atrium Health, Marilyn has previously held significant roles including Associate Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at Memorial Hermann Health System, and Director of Quality, Patient Safety and Infection Control. Additional leadership positions include Director of Quality Assurance Operations and Chief Clinical Officer at Kindred Healthcare, as well as a Clinical Education Practice Fellowship at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital. Marilyn's earlier career includes management roles at Kinetic Concepts, Inc., and educational credentials in Safety and Quality from Harvard Medical School Postgraduate Medical Education and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
