Shawn Anderson, MBA has extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership roles. Shawn currently holds the position of Vice President, HR Business Partner at Atrium Health. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Atrium Health and AVP, Talent Acquisition at Ochsner Health. Shawn has also held various roles in talent acquisition at Ochsner Health, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Robert Half Technology, and NACE International. Shawn's expertise lies in developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment teams, and supporting organizational goals through effective talent acquisition.

Shawn Anderson, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Belhaven University, earned from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same institution, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008.
