Venkata Phaneendra R

Venkata Phaneendra R is an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong track record in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for various high-profile clients. Currently employed at Atrium Health and HYR Global Source Inc since November 2020 and January 2016, respectively, Venkata has actively contributed to HCM conversion projects and has supported over 100,000 Marriott Hotels employees with custom HCM solutions during a previous role as an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant. Other notable positions include consulting for Indigo on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and providing post-go-live support for Oracle HCM and Financials at YRC Freight. Venkata's career in Oracle consulting began at Tech Mahindra, where multiple client engagements in both on-site and offshore capacities were undertaken. Venkata holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU, completed in May 2014.
