Alecia Williams-Pierre

Alecia Williams-Pierre has a diverse work experience in human resources, with a focus on total rewards and benefits management. Alecia'smost recent position was as Vice President of Total Rewards at Atrium Hospitality, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Emory Healthcare as the Director of Human Resources for the DeKalb Medical Operating Unit from September 2018 to November 2021. At DeKalb Medical, they held the roles of Director of Total Rewards & HRIS from September 2015 to September 2018 and Benefits Manager from May 2010 to September 2015. Alecia began their career at Emory Healthcare as a Benefits Coordinator from August 2001 to May 2010. Before joining Emory Healthcare, Alecia worked as a Benefits Coordinator at The New York Public Library from January 1996 to August 2001.

Alecia Williams-Pierre, MHRM has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Government from John Jay College (CUNY). Alecia also holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Additionally, Alecia is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Walden University.
