Ajit Nambiar

Ajit Nambiar currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards at Kaseya since March 2025. Prior to this, Ajit spent approximately 16 years at Google in various leadership roles, notably as Director of Compensation and Benefits, overseeing compensation and benefits strategies across multiple functional groups, including Google Cloud and Sales Compensation Design. Earlier career experiences include roles at Mercer as Principal and Business Leader for Singapore and the APAC regional office, where Ajit contributed to significant revenue growth and profitability, and a position as Deputy Manager of Human Resources with Aditya Birla Group, complemented by a selective Management Program. Ajit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College and a Master's Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
