Nigel Cossey is an experienced hospitality professional, currently serving as General Manager at Atrium Hospitality since November 2015. Prior roles include General Manager and Assistant General Manager/Director of Food and Beverage at Marriott Resort and Spa Mobile Four Diamond from November 2013 to November 2015, and Director of Food and Beverage at The Shores Resort & Spa Daytona Beach, a Four Diamond property, from February 2011 to November 2013. Nigel also held the position of Area Director of Food and Beverage overseeing multiple establishments, and owned an award-winning restaurant, Papis Texican Grill, recognized among the "Top 100" out of 2,500 local restaurants in South Carolina.
