Nigel Cossey

Nigel Cossey is an experienced hospitality professional, currently serving as General Manager at Atrium Hospitality since November 2015. Prior roles include General Manager and Assistant General Manager/Director of Food and Beverage at Marriott Resort and Spa Mobile Four Diamond from November 2013 to November 2015, and Director of Food and Beverage at The Shores Resort & Spa Daytona Beach, a Four Diamond property, from February 2011 to November 2013. Nigel also held the position of Area Director of Food and Beverage overseeing multiple establishments, and owned an award-winning restaurant, Papis Texican Grill, recognized among the "Top 100" out of 2,500 local restaurants in South Carolina. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Sea Trail Golf Resort and Convention Center, managing multiple outlets and extensive banquet space. Nigel holds educational credentials from Blinn College.
