Nikki Paulk

Nikki Paulk is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Atrium Hospitality since September 2025, Nikki's previous positions include HR/Payroll Specialist at Robinson Oil Corporation and Human Resources Compliance Manager at Santa Cruz Seaside Company. Prior to that, Nikki excelled as a Senior Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Manager at Team San Jose. Nikki's career began at Toys R Us, where responsibilities included serving as the Human Resource Department Supervisor. Nikki holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Strayer University, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
