Tiashia K. has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Tiashia started their career at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum as an Assistant Director of Groups and Tourism, where they were responsible for managing marketing programs, soliciting business, and overseeing budget and personnel. Tiashia then moved on to the hospitality industry, working for various hotels in sales and marketing roles. Tiashia held positions such as Senior Corporate Sales Manager at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center and ADOS/DOSM at the Hilton Washington Dulles. Tiashia later became the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Fairfax Marriott at FairOaks/Whitelodging and the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Renaissance Hotels Atrium Hospitality. Most recently, Tiashia K. has been working at Atrium Hospitality, first as an Enterprise Sales + Marketing Director and currently as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales.

Tiashia K. earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from New York University in 2002. Tiashia then went on to attend Brooklyn Law School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Real Estate.
