Helder Melo

Helder Melo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Helder began their career at 3M in 2001, working as a Business Processes Optimization specialist. Helder then joined Deloitte in 2002 as a Senior Consultant, specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution. In 2006, they transitioned to Nestlé, where they held various roles over the years. Helder started as an SAP Expert in Business Solutions Supply Chain for the Region Americas. Helder then became a Manager for Supply Chain Projects Integration, leading cross-stream projects. Helder later took on the role of Senior Manager for Business Solutions Supply Chain in the Zone Americas, overseeing SAP systems and complementary applications. In 2013, they became the Senior Manager for Business Solutions Direct Store Route to Market, responsible for the IT Business Solutions area for the LATAM Direct Store Delivery route to market. In 2016, they took on the role of Global Business Solutions Logistics Senior Manager. From 2017 to 2018, they led the team responsible for designing and integrating Nestlé's Global Solutions for Customer Order Fulfillment and Transportation. In 2018, they joined Nestlé Health Science as the Head of IT for the USA division. In 2020, they moved to Nestlé Purina North America as the Head of IT for Nestle Purina USA, overseeing all enterprise applications and IT delivery. Currently, they serve as the VP and CIO at Atrium Innovations, where they are responsible for leading the IT department.

Helder Melo earned an Engineer's degree in Engenharia de Producao Mecanica from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) between 1998 and 2001.
