Rhonda Thompson has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. Rhonda is currently working as an Associate Director of Customer Service at Atrium Innovations since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Customer Care Manager at Garden of Life from July 2019 to December 2021. Rhonda also served as a Customer Service Manager at Mirolin Industries Corp from October 2015 to July 2019. Rhonda has experience in team leadership as they worked as a Team Lead of Client Support Services at Audatex Canada from August 2015 to October 2015. Rhonda also has a significant experience at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) where they held the positions of Client Services Manager from April 2002 to April 2014 and Client Services Supervisor from 2006 to 2008. Rhonda's early career began as a Customer Service Representative at Stain Guard Enterprises from 1999 to 2002.
Rhonda Thompson attended Humber College from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Legal Professions and Studies. Prior to that, they attended Victoria Park Collegiate Institute from 1992 to 1996 and obtained their OSSD. In addition to their formal education, Rhonda has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed a course called "Finance for Non-Financial Managers" through LinkedIn. In 2011, they obtained their EQ-i 2.0 Certification, and in 2007, they completed a program called "Certificate In Management Skills for Supervisors" at the Schulich School of Business.
