Lead Consultant at Atrium Insights

Molly Emmett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data science, consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant and Senior Data Scientist at Atrium since July 2019, Molly has been recognized as a 2022 Women Who Lead, is a Zero Hunger Fellow with Salesforce.org Impact Labs, and contributed to the Data for Democracy Award project team. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Shiloh House, where program performance and financial sustainability were improved through data analysis, and as a Learning Specialist at KIPP Massachusetts, focusing on curriculum development for students with disabilities. Additional experience encompasses freelance writing for National Geographic, global health initiatives with Partners In Health, teaching, and community organizing efforts, particularly during a politically charged internship with Obama for America. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from Colgate University and has pursued further education at institutions such as the School for International Training and the University of St Andrews.
