Meindert Sosef

Meindert Sosef has extensive experience in the field of surgery, currently serving as a Consultant Surgeon specializing in laparoscopic, gastro-intestinal, and oncological surgery at Atrium Medical Center since February 2005. In addition to this role, Meindert Sosef has been a Surgeon at Atrium Medical Centre Heerlen since 2005. Prior surgical experience includes a position as a Liver Transplant Fellow at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney in 2004 and completing a residency (AIOS) at Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Meindert Sosef contributed as a Researcher at the Center for Engineering in Medicine in Boston from 2001 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Medicine from the University of Amsterdam in 2003 and a Drs in Medicine from Leiden University, completed between 1986 and 1994. Early education was obtained at Serviam from 1980 to 1986.
