Theo Sierhuis

Theo Sierhuis is an experienced ICT consultant currently working at De Wever since January 2022. Previously, Theo served as a Scrummaster at DAF Trucks NV, where responsibilities included coaching scrum teams, organizing Program Increment planning, and facilitating Agile transitions. Prior roles include Information Architect at IT-Workz, focusing on Identity & Access Management solutions, and Scrum Master/Agile Business Analyst at equensWorldline, where Theo established feature management processes based on the Scaled Agile Framework and supported multiple scrum teams. Theo's extensive background also features positions at TAS Informatica, TAS Top Talent, and various financial institutions, with expertise in software delivery, training, and functional design. Theo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has further education in the same field at the University of Amsterdam.
