Rachel Holmes

Rachel Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Rachel started their career at Raging Bull Ltd as a Retail Operations Assistant in 2013. Later in 2014, they worked as a Merchandising Assistant International & Per Una at Marks & Spencer HQ Waterside. In 2015, Rachel joined Office Angels as an IT Finance Analyst for QBE Insurance. Rachel then transitioned to QBE Insurance directly as a Portfolio PMO Analyst for Global Infrastructure Services, where they liaised with managers, tracked progress, and provided input for the strategic PMO vision. Rachel also held the role of IT Finance Analyst for QBE Insurance's European Operations and Global Infrastructure, where they controlled the infrastructure portfolio cost base and produced monthly management information on actuals and forecasts. Most recently, Rachel worked at Atrium Underwriters Ltd as the Business Change PMO Lead, responsible for implementing the PMO function and driving project governance and best practices.

Rachel Holmes has a diverse education history. Rachel obtained a Change Management PCM® Foundation and Practitioner degree from APMG International in 2022. Rachel also completed the P3O® Foundation & Practitioner - Project, Programme & Portfolio Offices program from QA Training in 2019. In 2018, they received a PRINCE2® Foundation certification from QA Training. Additionally, Rachel completed the Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) including Level 3 London Market Award from the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2021. Rachel further pursued the CII Level 3 in London Market Insurance from the same institution in 2020. Rachel attended Pitman Training Group in 2014-2015 and The Fashion Retail Academy from 2011 to 2013. Rachel'ssecondary education took place at Sawyers Hall College from 2005 to 2011. Rachel has also obtained additional certifications such as Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International.
