Deana Blanc

Deana Blanc has extensive experience in healthcare operations and process improvement. Deana is currently serving as the Operations Manager at Brockton Hospital and holds the title of Process Improvement Leader at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. In their role, Deana leads and facilitates Rapid Improvement Event teams to support a culture of continuous improvement and design care improvement events that align with key organizational goals. Additionally, Deana also serves as the Population Management leader on the HVMA Quincy Management Team.
