Germain Parra

Germain Parra has extensive experience in electronics and technical support, currently serving as a Global Partner at Above the Standard since February 2017, emphasizing values of honesty and integrity while enhancing company profitability. Since February 2016, Germain has also worked as a Camera Repair and Integration Technician at Technology and Supply Management LLC (TaSM), focusing on the repair of camera systems for Tactical Aerostat Systems. Previous roles include positions at Tekberry as an NPI Tech for Keysight Technologies, Electro-Optical Technician at L-3 WESCAM, and varied technician roles at UPEK, L-3 Sonoma EO, Nelson Staffing Solutions, and Volt Services Group. Germain started the career journey as an Electronic Tester/Technician at Agilent Technologies and served in the Army National Guard as a Diesel Mechanic. Germain holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Santa Rosa Junior College, earned between 1996 and 1999.
