Paul Baggott has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Paul is currently serving as the Global Programme Director at Applied Tech Systems ATS, where they oversee and manages all aspects of programs on a global scale. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, program management, global coordination, resource allocation, quality control, risk management, budget oversight, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

Prior to their current role, Paul worked at ATS Global as the Head of Industrial IT and Head of UK Programmes. Before joining Experian, Paul worked at PwC Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant.

In addition to their professional experience, Paul took a year-long sabbatical in Southern Africa.

Baggott furthered their education by completing an Executive MBA at Nottingham University from 2005 to 2009.
