Conway has demonstrated expertise in implementing hardware and software solutions as part of an independent solution provider, leveraging a global team across multiple continents. Prior to ATS, Conway held various managerial roles at prominent companies including Yokogawa, Honeywell Process Solutions, and Invensys, where responsibilities spanned sales management, strategic direction, and project oversight. Early career experience includes substantive engineering roles at Quantum Instrumentation and Foxboro, where notable contributions involved DCS programming and project management for key automation projects.
