Shea DeWald's work experience begins in 2015 as an Engineering Intern at OHSU, where they focused on coagulation factor inhibition in hemostasis. They conducted several tests to enhance their skills in data collection and lab techniques. In 2016, Shea worked as a Research Intern at OHSU, again focusing on coagulation factor inhibition. They conducted blood analysis tests such as ELISA assays and platelet harvest. In 2015, Shea also worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Washington State University, where they researched the effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen on opioid dependence and withdrawal. They gained skills in aseptic surgery and other lab techniques. From 2017 to 2019, Shea worked as an Account Executive at LONG Building Technologies. Currently, Shea is working as a Construction Sales Engineer at ATS Automation, Inc.
Shea DeWald completed a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Washington State University. This educational journey took place between the years 2012 and 2017.
