Hossein Rezaeifar

Hossein Rezaeifar, PhD, currently serves as a Control Systems Software Designer at ATS Corporation since June 2023 and holds a position as Sessional Faculty at McMaster University since September 2017. In academic roles, Hossein has mentored 70 graduate students in advanced topics related to artificial intelligence and machine learning in manufacturing. Past experience includes work as a Research Associate at Pegmatis, Inc., focusing on sensor fusion and quality checking for additive manufacturing, and multiple research assistant positions at McMaster University and the University of Tehran. Notable projects involved developing control systems for additive manufacturing, mobile robots, and underwater remote-operated vehicles. Hossein's educational background includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University and a Master's degree in the same field from the University of Tehran.
