Ian Gardiner, P. Eng. is a Senior Systems Engineer in the Nuclear industry, currently employed at ATS Corporation. With experience across various companies and roles, Ian has a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Ian is a dedicated professor at Conestoga College, teaching CAD courses, Business Leadership, and Team Dynamics to graduate students. Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated expertise in rapid prototyping, CAD migration, automated equipment design, and PLC programming. Passionate about supporting student success, Ian continuously mentors junior engineers and develops curriculum for new college courses.
