Susan Bettencourt

Susan Bettencourt has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles since 2002. Most recently, Susan served as the Director of Human Resources at ATS Corporation from July 2022 to November 2023, following positions as Senior Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Floradale Feed Mill Limited and multiple roles at Purolator Inc. spanning from Senior Human Resources Business Partner to Consultant. Susan began the HR career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bend All Automotive. Educationally, Susan holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Sheridan College.
