Damion's expertise includes IT infrastructure support and management, IT service management, incident and problem management, network analysis, service delivery standards enforcement, and IT solutions provider for various organizations. Through their roles, Damion has demonstrated a commitment to aligning IT with business objectives and ensuring the highest level of IT service delivery.
