Inessa Ozernova is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Inessa held the position of Senior Personnel Management Specialist at ООО СК "Сбербанк страхование" from March 2015, where responsibilities included full-scale HR administration, personnel selection and motivation, and participation in corporate event organization. Earlier experience as a Specialist at ООО СК "Альянс Жизнь" from July 2013 to March 2015 involved comprehensive personnel record management and updating personnel changes in the 1C 8.2 system.
