Svetlana Borzyakova

Svetlana Borzyakova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and training, currently serving as the Contract and Tender Department Manager and Project Manager of Training & Development at Atsearch Group since March 2020. In this innovative recruitment agency specializing in crowdsourced recruitment within the IT sector, Svetlana has played a pivotal role in developing a network of professional recruiters for candidate research. Prior to Atsearch Group, Svetlana worked at DocDoc from September 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included training new employees and creating video materials for call center training, initially starting as a Call Center Operator. Svetlana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, completed in 2016.
