Rebecca Irvine currently serves as the National Schools and Community Liaison Manager at ATT Apprenticeship Training Trust, where the focus is on connecting youth with opportunities in the trades through collaborations with schools and industry. In addition, Rebecca holds the position of Employment Connector and Business Development Manager for Education to Employment at Auckland Business Chamber, a government initiative aimed at aiding school leavers in their transition to the workforce. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Travelex Retail Foreign Exchange, Dunedin Kia, Primary ITO as a Training Advisor, and various managerial positions at Downes Showcase Jewellers, Wildpair, Daniels Showcase Jewellers, and Mr Rentals. Throughout this career, there has been a consistent emphasis on managing teams and developing pathways for youth in the employment sector.

Since 1991 we have been providing trade training opportunities for New Zealanders, as well as developing the future of the trade industries by providing a stream of quality tradespeople. Our people are plumbers, gasfitters, electricians and drainlayers. We recruit, employ and place successful candidates into apprenticeships with trade companies throughout New Zealand. ATT’s host businesses provide practical training, helping to shape the apprentice, while we offer support in apprentice educational training and mentoring.
