Gesa Salvador, Assoc CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gesa began their career as a Teacher at Philippine Cultural College in May 2005, where they worked until April 2006.
Gesa then joined AXA as a Recruitment Specialist in May 2006 and remained in the role until October 2007.
In November 2007, Gesa moved to ATT Systems Group and started as an Assistant Manager in Corporate and Human Resource. Gesa gradually progressed within the organization, taking on the role of Manager in Corporate and Human Resource from July 2013 to July 2017.
From July 2017 to June 2020, Gesa held the position of Deputy Director in Corporate Business Planning & Development, Human Capital, and Business Operation at ATT Systems Group. In this role, they collaborated with business leaders on various aspects like organization change management, process improvement, HR planning, policy implementation, and compliance.
Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at ATT Systems Group, a position they assumed in July 2020.
Gesa Salvador, Assoc CIPD has a Master's degree in Human Capital Leadership (MHCL) from Singapore Management University, which was obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they acquired a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from SHRI Academy, completed in 2012. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (Hons) from the University of Santo Tomas, which they earned from 2001 to 2005. Gesa also holds additional certifications such as "Using Data Science to Hire Employees" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2018), "Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) Internal Lead Auditor Training Course (BS ISO/IEC 27001:2013)- IRCA Certified Course (A17287)" from The British Standards Institution (obtained in 2017), "Certificate in Supervisory Management" from Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business (obtained in 2016), and "Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)" from SINGAPORE NATIONAL EMPLOYERS FEDERATION (obtained in 2015).
