David Orloff

David Orloff is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience at AT&T since 1996, currently serving as Director MTS, ATS - System Engineering, focusing on operational governance and the integration of new technologies into production. Prior roles include Director of RAN Validation, where David optimized radio access technologies for 5G performance, and Director of Small Cells Platforms, overseeing strategy and vendor negotiations for small cell technologies. David was also a Co-Chair of the Test & Integration Focus Group at O-RAN Alliance, contributing to the development of testing and integration standards, and served as Chairman of the Board for the Small Cell Forum, leading efforts in 5G implementation. Earlier career positions included roles at CellNet Data Systems and Savi Technology, with a foundational education in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
