Frank Romano

Frank Romano is the Associate Director of RAN Engineering at AT&T Mobility, where they currently manage a team of 18 RF engineers and oversee network optimization across several eastern states. With a background in RF engineering that includes roles as an RF Engineering Manager and Consultant, Frank has extensive experience in wireless network management and optimization for major markets. They began their career as a Store Manager in Italy and have held various positions in electrical engineering, including roles at Pratt Electronics and Joseph Gnandt's Advanced Electric Co. Inc. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
