Grace Galanis

Grace Galanis serves as the Technology Director for Global Public Sector Solutions & Operations at AT&T, a position held since August 2016. Galanis leads multiple public sector lifecycle program teams focused on delivering large-scale contracts exceeding $500 million annually, showcasing expertise in complex network-oriented solutions. Prior to this role, Galanis held various positions at AT&T from 1999 to 2016, including Area Manager for the Government Solutions segment, where responsibilities included defining operational and business requirements for a $2.5 billion Federal Customer Service organization. Experience at Verizon from 1995 to 1999 as Area Operations Manager involved overseeing network operations and managing a significant team of professionals. Galanis holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research as well as Electrical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
