JR Wilson

JR Wilson is the VP Tower Strategy and Roaming at AT&T. JR has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. JR started their career as an Access Project Manager/Tier III Escalation at AT&T Access Supplier Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects and providing customer support. JR then transitioned to AT&T Global Services, Local Sales where they worked as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, they provided customer support and assisted with sales. In January 2011, they joined ABS Global Customer Service, Hosting & Applications Services, TelePresence Service Activation Team as a Specialist-Network Design Engineer. In this role, they provisioned customers to AT&T Telepresence Exchange and tested/turned-up/troubleshot new endpoints. JR also provided Tier I/II support across multiple Enterprise applications/platforms in new center environment. JR then transitioned to their current role as VP Tower Strategy and Roaming at AT&T in December 2014.
