LaToya J. Henry, MA, is an accomplished Associate Director of Sales Compensation at AT&T, bringing over 14 years of extensive experience in sales compensation, marketing communication strategies, and public relations. LaToya has held various leadership roles within AT&T, including Senior Sales Compensation Manager and Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, where comprehensive analytics and innovative employee engagement strategies were implemented.
