Raymond Gonzalez

Raymond Gonzalez is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as Associate Director of Project/Program Management and Service Delivery at WebMD since October 2018. Prior to WebMD, Raymond held the position of VP, Service Delivery Lead for the Americas Region in Financial Data Warehouse and SAP BW/FICO Operations at Deutsche Bank from February 2016 to August 2018. Additionally, managerial roles in business intelligence service delivery and client services were undertaken at Montefiore Information Technology from February 2013 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes service management and project management positions at Credit Suisse and UBS, where Raymond contributed to the establishment of global service frameworks. Education was obtained at Hunter College between 1989 and 1991.
