Tess Mandoli

Tess Mandoli currently serves as Lead Chief of Staff at AT&T, having joined the company in June 2024. Prior to this role, Tess worked as a Program Manager for Retail Strategy & Planning at lululemon from August 2023 to June 2024 and held a position as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from July 2021 to June 2024, focusing on clients in the Consumer, Retail, and Social Sector industries. Previous experience includes serving as a Corps Member at Teach For America, where Tess taught Algebra I and Math, and as an Insights & Analytics Fellow at Communities Foundation of Texas. Tess's leadership skills were demonstrated as Vice President of Administration and Sophomore Class President during tenure at Washington University in St. Louis, along with various roles in other organizations such as the Missouri Democratic Party and Accenture. Tess holds a BSBA in Business/Managerial Economics, Political Science, and a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University.
