Rachael Parker

Rachael Parker's work experience includes roles in various companies. Rachael is currently serving as the President of Fair Rite Products Corp. since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as the Vice President from July 2014 to December 2021. In 2013, they worked at Oracle as an Engineering Program Manager, where they managed prototype builds of new servers and interacted with manufacturers. From 2005 to 2013, Rachael worked at 3M in multiple roles, including Product Development Engineer and DFSS Black Belt, where they were involved in project leadership, market analysis, algorithm development, and implementing new technologies.

Rachael Parker has a diverse education history. Rachael began their studies at the University of Rochester from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering at Cornell University from 2004 to 2005. Rachael then pursued further education in the field of Engineering Management, earning a MSEM (Master of Science in Engineering Management) from Tufts University from 2009 to 2011. In 2017, they received a Certificate of Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. Additionally, Rachael obtained a Black Belt Certification (BB) from 3M in December 2008.
