Tomáš Kubla

Tomáš Kubla is currently the Lead of Training Design at AT&T, where they lead development projects focused on talent and management development while providing individual and group coaching. Previously, Tomáš served as a Training & Development Manager, Consultant, Trainer, and Coach, managing employee development programs and accumulating over 400 coaching hours. They also worked as a Psychologist at CPPPaP, providing psychological counseling and leading educational prevention projects in schools. Additionally, Tomáš was an external trainer with Project Outdoor Slovakia, delivering over 1000 training hours to international corporations, primarily in soft skills and teamwork. Tomáš holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Trnava University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Trnava, and they are currently studying Philosophy and Arts at Cheonggang Academy.
