Venkat Dhomadugu is a seasoned Principal Data Scientist at AT&T, leading a team focused on developing an advanced customer self-service digital Virtual Assistant that enhances troubleshooting for internet-related issues through GenAI, Machine Learning, Knowledge Graphs, and Big Data.
